The inner workings of a cupcakery

That cute cupcake in the display case is only part of the story. A lot of creativity, prep work and icing goes into making a great batch of cupcakes. These bakers create their own flavors, then recruit fellow cupcake lovers (aka bake shop employees) to taste test their creations. The bakers spend countless hours preparing for the day, starting in the early hours of the morning, in order to keep up with the demand of their customers. It's all part of a day's work for these cupcakeries. Their owners are doing what they love, providing sweet treats and smiles for the people of Austin.
